Cayenne pepper – aids in digestion, improves blood circulation, and stops bleeding caused by ulcers. It is also good for the heart, kidneys, lungs, pancreas, spleen and stomach. It is also used for treatment of arthritis, rheumatism, colds, sinus infections, and sore throat.
Chamomile – used as anti inflammatory remedy, stimulates appetite and helps in digestion. It is also used in treatment for colitis, diverticulitis, fever, headaches, and pain. It also has calming effects that helps relieve stress, anxiety, and insomnia.
Ephedra – it is most popular as a weight loss agent and also acts as a decongestant. It is a cure for allergies, asthma, colds, other respiratory conditions, and depression. However, it has adverse effects on people suffering from anxiety disorder, glaucoma, heart disease, and hypertension.
Garlic – helps in lowering blood pressure and improves blood circulation. It detoxifies the body and protects it against various infections. It used in the treatment for arteriosclerosis, arthritis, asthma, cancer, colds and flu, digestive problems, heart disorders, insomnia, ulcer, and infections.
Ginger – a strong antioxidant and effective antimicrobial agent that cleanses the colon, and stimulates circulation. Useful for bowel disorders, circulatory problems, fever, hot flashes, indigestion, morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea, and vomiting.
